I want to thank you so very much for the perfect tour of London. You are extremely knowledgable. It was fabulous to be able to sit back, relax and know we were in wonderful hands.
And I LOVE your car!!!! What a BIG difference it made in being able to enjoy all the sights.
Melissa Jones. San Diego, California.

Thank you again for making my parents first trip to England so memorable and so filled with rich history to bring everything into context.
We would have walked into cathedrals, looked around and walked out. We would have missed 80% of the experience. You were a complete gentleman with a keen sense of humor which made the trip all the more enjoyable. We will definitely use you again when my husband and I return, hopefully within the year.

Our trip to England was particularly enhanced by the services of our Blue Badge Guide, Peter Jamieson. Besides being always punctual and professional, he entertained us with interesting anecdotes, unusual facts and even pertinent quotations from historical figures as well as dramatic Shakespearean recitations. He was never lost, knew just where to eat and shop and was particularly thoughtful…relieving us of packages while sightseeing on Gus and Anita overlooking broadway in the Cotswoldsfoot, assisting with transferring our digital photos to a different media. We toured numerous attractions and scenic locales without feeling rushed.
His driving was very safe and the routes chosen made our visual images of the beautiful Cotswold area of England so special. In the end, Peter Jamieson is a special person using his talents to show us the beauty of England and its traditions. We ended up totally in love with England thanks to Peter.
Thank you again and we will return to finish another chapter.

First of all, let me say thank you for making our visit to London more memorable than I thought possible! It has been over three months since our two days with you and you still rank as a highlight of the trip. Your knowledge concerning the sites we visited (Stonehenge, Bath, Canterbury, and Leeds Castle) was outstanding and the insight you gave us into life in England was invaluable. When planning this trip, I did not realize you were an attraction, or "site" to see, but when I ask the kids what there favorite part of our London trip was they always mention you. We were truly fortunate to spend a few days with you and when we return to the London area we will certainly look for your services again!

Thanks so much for a truly wonderful day. I couldn't imagine a more wonderful guide than yourself. You were friendly, patient, intuitive, funny and also very knowledgeable about the history of what we were seeing. Your care for our handicapped mother was truly exceptional-I think she wanted to leave with you rather than put up with us for the remainder of the trip! P.S. My family wants to adopt you.

Rudy Maxa and his crew in LondonWe all fell in love with our guide/driver Peter Jamieson. I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed his company and his wit and how hard he worked to accommodate our every need. We have had guides all over the world but Peter was special - for his encyclopaedic knowledge as well as his ability to get us where we needed to go. Might we take him with us on all our shoots???
Susan McNally, Writer/Producer/Director, Rudy Maxa's World

Our driver guide Peter Jamieson . . was a complete joy to us, making a success of our trip all day, every day. He has a small refrigerator, so that we always had cold bottled water. He gave us information about the countryside and villages through which we were passing and the history of these places. If there was anything he couldn't immediately tell us, he had piles of information . . and could quickly find out. He was most helpful in making suggestions about gardens we might visit, and rearranging plans when necessary. He was so willing, . amiable, intelligent, and easy to get along with, that the days went by all too fast. He really worked overtime in the evenings, making plans for the following day.

Nourished by reading, recollection and conversation, the euphoria lingers still! For everything you did for my husband and me during our recent travel, for your patience with us and for the fascinating and valuable information you imparted to us - seriously when appropriate and with wit, humour and charm at times - we thank you again. You were deeply appreciated as a person as well as for the excellent service you provided.

All good things must come to an end but memories like our experience with you will never be forgotten: you were a perfect guide, a humorist, a referee, but most of all a grand human being who the three of us will never forget. We loved the tapes.

The travel agency described you as "excellent English guide with much experience, intelligence (Gentleman!)" What they did not mention was "good sense of humour, brilliant ideas, strong nerves, strong will (you got up that hill) etc." I do thank you for your great help and support and for 2 unforgettable days in London.
So, dear Gentleman, thanks again.

We would like to thank you very much indeed, Peter, for all the trouble you took with this after all the last minute hassle . . . It was REALLY appreciated. Thank you for being such a dedicated and attentive tour director. . . giving us an enjoyable and memorable journey. I thoroughly enjoyed the material you presented during the tour. Personally it was very refreshing for me to hear a truly educated Englishman speak the English language . . . You've a great sense of humour. My deepest gratitude to you for sharing this wonderful experience with us. You made it possible and, Peter, you made my trip.

I particularly want to commend our tour guide. Mr. Peter Jamieson. I've often thought that keeping track of a group of tourists and keeping them amused at the same time must require an unusual combination of talents. Peter proves the theory. He was knowledgeable, most entertaining, very helpful with suggestions for extracurricular activities, and handled our physical arrangements so smoothly that it looked easy. He's by far the best we've had in our three cruises with you.
From a letter to Royal Viking Line from James H. Lavery, Jr., Florida

You were helpful, extremely courteous, and kind to the "old folks". Your wit kept us cheerful and alert; and your commentary and "history" lessons were great.
My wife especially enjoyed your selection of music
William and Geraldine Cook.

Your wonderful English wit and priceless stories about history truly made each of our tours delightful. Ordinarily I hate bus (oh excuse me, "coach") tours but thanks to you, each one was a special treat. You are truly in the right business.

We are so grateful to you - you really made our trip. It worked out perfectly. Day after day we were together and we enjoyed every minute, due to your diligence, thoughtfulness, kindness, good driving, good car, attention to detail - and delightful personality. You were very perceptive about our feelings in every way. We think about you often, and we love to talk about the gardens - these are recollections to cherish for years ahead.

The KION-TV trip was perfect . . . you were the reason, Peter! You are England's greatest ambassador and diplomat . . you made London and Scotland live fondly within us for all our years. Thank you for your wonderful support and tireless efforts. You have a wonderful wit and charming personality.
